Ms. Yellow, BadApple, Ambrose Quintanilla & Seite Books at the LCX 2016!

Meet the talent joining us this year at the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach, CA this August 6 & 7.
  
Ms. Yellow, nom de plume of Nuria Ortiz, is an artist and arts educator. She enjoys working in a myriad of mediums including paper, paint, jewelry sculpting, spray paint as well as music. She joins us for her first Latino Comics Expo.


BadApple is the comics and design house of Daniel Ramirez, and the home of his comic book Repo: Thief for Hire. He also works as a conceptual artist for animation projects. We're proud to welcome him to his first Latino Comics Expo.

Ambrose Quintanilla is a cartoonist whose work includes the webcomics Digger Davis the Gopher, Hitched!, Me & the Kid and In Your Face! He's also joining us for his first Latino Comics Expo.



Seite Books is an East LA bookstore run by Denice Diaz and Adam Bernales. Seite specializes in zines and comix as well as an eclectic collection of classic literature and Spanish-language books. In 2014, Seite won LA Weekly's Best of LA award for "Best Bookstore, Eastside". 

The Latino Comics Expo Los Angeles will be held the weekend of August 6 & 7 at the Museum of Latin American Art. The event runs from 11am-5pm, both days.

MOLAA is located at 628 Alamitos Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90802. Admission to the Museum grants you entry to the Expo, panels & workshops.
